Digital Transformation
Transformation is a change to how a service is delivered, not just to what runs underneath it
We help you decide what actually has to change, in what order, and at a pace your funding and delivery capacity can carry.
Most transformation programs are not defeated by technology. They are defeated by a strategy that never became a sequence, an operating model nobody funded, and benefits that could not be traced to anything delivered.
We work on the part that decides whether the rest succeeds, and we stay involved while it is built so the plan and the delivery stay in step.
Failure modes
What usually goes wrong
We name the failure mode before we name the fix.
The strategy never became a sequence
A credible future state, described well, with no decision about what stops, what is funded now and what waits. Nothing can be started from it.
The operating model was never funded
New technology lands on the old process and the old accountabilities. Adoption stalls, and the business case quietly stops being true.
Benefits were never instrumented
Nobody put a measure against the commitment at the point it was made, so by review time the benefit can neither be proven nor honestly withdrawn.
Data was treated as a migration task
Quality, ownership and definitions are discovered during cutover rather than designed before it, and the go-live date absorbs the difference.
Scope
What we do
Understand and decide
Current-state assessment, target operating model design, build-versus-buy positions, and a written strategy that names what stops as clearly as what starts.
Sequence and fund
A roadmap tied to your funding cycle, a business case in the form your approvers actually use, and a benefits framework with owners and measures attached at the point of commitment.
ERP, CRM and core platforms
Selection through to go-live and adoption on Dynamics 365, Odoo, Microsoft 365 and Atlassian — including the data model, the integration surface and the cutover plan.
Data foundations
Data strategy, governance operating models, quality baselines and the architecture decisions that determine whether the estate is fit for reporting and for AI later.
Questions
Asked before an engagement starts
We already have a transformation strategy. What would you add?
Usually the sequence, the funded path and the evidence. Most strategies describe a credible future state and stop short of the decisions that make it happen. We can also review an existing strategy independently and report on whether it can be delivered as written, which is a shorter and cheaper engagement.
Do you implement, or only advise?
Both, within our size. We lead the strategy, operating model, sequencing, business case and governance, and we deliver ERP and CRM platform work. What we do not provide is a badged delivery workforce at volume — if the work needs forty people, we will say so early.
Will you tell us something we do not want to hear?
Yes, and we agree the reporting line before we start. If a review concludes the program cannot deliver its business case as scoped, that goes in writing to whoever commissioned it.
