The same rigour, without the consulting hours
We package the work we do inside engagements: fixed-scope advisory, platform products and document sets you can use yourself. Every one of them comes out of work that had to survive a real evaluation, an audit committee or a regulator's question.
The idea
Some problems do not need a consultant. They need the document a consultant would have written.
We work with organisations whose programs must hold up under scrutiny, and we run engagements with a few experienced practitioners. That limits how many clients we can take. It also means we keep meeting smaller suppliers with a real problem and no realistic path to buying advisory time: they are asked for a privacy policy, an incident response plan, a capability statement and eight referee-backed past performance examples, and they have three days to produce them.
Buying advice for that is disproportionate. The gap is not judgement. The gap is the artefact, and the knowledge of what a Commonwealth buyer or a state procurement team actually expects to see inside it. We already build those artefacts. Turning them into products is how we serve the part of the market our capacity cannot reach, and it is honest about which problems are worth a conversation and which are worth a download.
There is a second reason, and it is self-interested enough to state plainly. Productising forces us to write down the method. A template that has to work without us in the room is a harsher test of our thinking than a deliverable we get to present.

None of these is available to buy yet, and none of them is priced. Each entry describes the product as it is being built, including what it contains and who it is for. We will not move one to “Coming soon” until the contents are finished.

What you give up by buying a template instead of an engagement
A product cannot read your situation. These artefacts are structured to be correct for a typical Australian supplier selling to government, which means they will be wrong in specific places for you. Someone in your organisation has to make those judgement calls, and that person needs enough context to know when a template clause does not fit.
We are also explicit about the boundary on the tender products. We support bid quality, structure and compliance. We do not guarantee outcomes. We have no influence over evaluation and no role in any buyer's decision. You remain responsible for the truth and accuracy of everything submitted in your name, whether it was drafted by you, by us or by a tool. We do not provide legal advice, procurement probity advice or investment advice, and nothing in these products constitutes any of those.
If a document produced from one of these products will carry a significant obligation, have it reviewed by someone qualified to review it. A template is a starting structure and a set of prompts. It is not a substitute for the decision.
The ladder
Three ways in, and you can stop at any one of them
These products exist to be useful on their own. Plenty of organisations will buy one, use it and never speak to us, and that is a successful outcome.
The product
You buy the artefact and do the work yourself. What you get is structure and the knowledge of what a buyer expects. What you do not get is our judgement on your specific situation.
A review
You use the product, then have us review the output. A fixed-scope review of a completed submission, a readiness self-assessment or a policy set, delivered as written findings against a defined checklist with a named person accountable for the review. This is the step most people who contact us actually need.
An engagement
Where the problem is structural rather than documentary. A stalled program, a migration that left its controls behind, a business case that no longer matches delivery, or a bid strategy that needs someone senior in the room. This is our advisory work, scoped and delivered by the person who scopes it.
We will tell you which step you need, including when the answer is step one and a download.
Terms in plain language
What you will be buying, and how long it stays current
- Licence
- A purchase will grant a single-organisation licence. Everyone in your organisation may use the templates on your own bids, policies and internal documents, without limit. You may adapt them freely and you own the documents you produce. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or distribute the templates themselves, and you may not include them in a product or service you sell to others.
- Updates
- Government requirements change, and a template that quietly ages is worse than no template. Every product carries a version number and a last-reviewed date on its front sheet. Where a change is material, for example a change to the Commonwealth Procurement Rules or to the Essential Eight Maturity Model, we will say what changed and which sections are affected rather than sending a silently replaced file.
- Support
- These are documents, not software, and support is scoped accordingly. We answer questions about how a template is meant to be used. We do not review your completed documents, advise on your specific obligations or write content for you under the product price. Those are separate engagements, and we will say so rather than drift into unpaid advisory work.
- Not legal advice
- These templates are general in nature and are not legal, financial, procurement probity or compliance advice. They do not account for your circumstances, your contracts, your jurisdiction or your obligations under any specific instrument. You must adapt every template to your actual practice, and a policy that describes something you do not do is a worse position than having no policy at all. Where an obligation is significant, obtain your own professional advice.
Full commercial terms — update window, support response times and refunds — will be published with the first release and before anything can be purchased.
Questions
Reasonable things to ask about something that does not exist yet
When will these actually be available?
We are not publishing a release date we cannot hold. Products marked "Coming soon" are content-complete and in final review. Products marked "In development" are being written now. Products marked "Waitlist open" are scoped and prioritised against demand. Waitlist members are told the date before it appears on this page.
Why should I trust a template from a firm whose document products have not shipped yet?
You should judge them on the specimen pages rather than on our assurance that they are good. Before any document product is released we will publish a representative extract, so you can see the structure, the guidance notes and the writing quality before you spend anything. If the extract does not convince you, do not buy it. The advisory packages are a different matter — those are engagements we deliver today.
Are these Commonwealth-specific, or do they work for state and local government?
The structure and the compliance logic hold across Australian public sector buyers. The specific references, portals and thresholds differ by jurisdiction, and the guidance notes mark where you must check your own. Products are written primarily against the Commonwealth environment, with state and local variations noted rather than fully documented.
Will the AI tool write my tender for me?
No. It drafts from content you supply and it will not assert anything your own library does not support. It cannot manufacture past performance, referees, metrics or certifications, and it will mark unsupported claims rather than fill the gap. A named person in your organisation approves every section before lodgement, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.
Do you help write the bid as well?
Yes, as an engagement rather than a product, and within a clear boundary. We support bid quality, structure and compliance. We do not guarantee outcomes, we have no influence over evaluation, and we will decline or withdraw where a conflict of interest arises.
Will you build a custom version for my organisation?
Sometimes. Adapting a product set to your operating model, your risk appetite and your document standards is an engagement, and it is scoped as one. It is worth doing when you bid often enough that the difference compounds.
What happens to my data if I register interest and never buy anything?
We use it to contact you about the products you selected. If you do not buy and do not open our email, we remove you. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will confirm when it is done.
Next step
If the answer is a download, we will say so
Tell us which product would solve your problem and we will tell you when it is ready. Book a scoping call if a product would not solve it. We will tell you which of those two is true for your situation, and the conversation costs nothing either way.
A short first conversation, then a clear recommendation.
Tell us what the program is, where it is, and what has to hold up. If we are not the right firm, we will say so and point you to who is.
